As with most of the techniques on my cards, I learned this from Technique Junkies.
The stamps are from the Stampin Up! retired set Hearts & Posies. The words were stamped with Versamark and brushed with Pearl Ex.
This is an older card, before I learned how to cut a straighter edge with decorative scissors.
