This was a technique called Glimmering Silk. I used rainbow ink to get the color on the tissue paper and Silver Bells Glimmer Mist.

Soon I'll have the backlog of my cards posted. I'm trying to do about 5 cards a day till I'm caught up.

Then I will post cards as I do them.
